Moreover, if in your plans it dosen't include swimming, then the pool shall take up a large place that you could potentially use for other purposes.
That's where a pool cover as dance floor comes in.
Basically, a pool deck cover (swimming stage) is a temporary floor that you can install over part of a pool, or over an entire pool. In this way, the deck cover shall give you a solution to create needed space for activities such as dancing, meal service, or socializing.
knowleges you should know about transparent dance cover stage. If you want to have a swimming pool cover.
1. thickness of tempered glass and plexiglass stage cover. according to our experiences, the transparent tempered glass stage decking usually takes 15mm thickness. if it is less than 15mm, it shall not be strong enough to achieve 750kg/sqm.
while, for the plexiglass cover decking, its thickness should be 18mm.
2. loading capacity of modular stage frame our stage design bearing capacity is about 750kg/sqm, it can meet dancers to give performances. 3. pool depth and stage feet. the pool can reach suggested max depth is 2 meters. Even, there are transition parts ( sloping) on the pool bottom floor, the max drop is 25cm, we can use the same kind of stage braces and through adjustable stage feet to level the cover top. 4. decking frame sizes Usually, we take 1.22x1.22m decking frame to hold transparent decking (tempered glass or acrylicglass).
for the special part, we shall custom make the shape.
as shown below, for the large area in the center, we shall take 1.22x1.22m stage decking. for the zig-zag part, we shall custom make regarding to its sizes.
Datas and information you should provide. If you want to have a custom swimming pool cover.
1. the decking top line as we see on the drawing, usually you have 3 lines. namely: waterline, pool top and tree base. before enter a custom stage cover, you should tell us what is your thinking for the decking top shall be level to? pool top or tree base.
2. define the objects in the pool.
for example, as we see the drawing, we see there are 3 large shapes but not in site shoot pictures. you should define them and their function respectively.
should these places shall be covered with decking? if it need to cover, you should clarify whethere these places' bases are leveled to the pool floors?
if it not need to cover, clarify the shapes and sizes.
Usually, for your swimming pool cover and dance floor plan, we have 2 solutions.
it mainly based on the pool conditions.
planA, if the swimming pool is leveled, only sloping on the pool bottom, and the pool floor is flat. we would like to recommend this plan. and it is the most popular and welcomed by most clients.
if there are bases for machines ( like fountains, children playing tolls or else) or benches, and it needs to be covered after removing them away during winter. we shall suggest you this plan. it shall need fewer legs to consider about the pool floor, it is a total custom plan. this drawing below is a swing pool plan drawing ( the swimming pool has many steps on a sloping pool floor).
