What Should Be Included in Your Tent Specification?

A tent quotation is easier to compare when the configuration is clear. Two tents with the same outside dimensions may use different frame profiles, bay arrangements, coverings and accessory packages.

Glass walls, doors, flooring and other accessories should be listed separately unless they are explicitly included in the selected quotation.

1. How do I choose the right event tent size?

Start with a layout showing seating, aisles, a stage if needed, reception and service areas. Guest numbers alone do not define the required tent size. Send your layout or a rough sketch together with the available site dimensions.

2. Should I choose an A-frame tent or a pagoda tent?

Compare the shape and organization of the space you need. An A-frame configuration is a starting point for a rectangular event area, while pagoda units can be considered for individual booths, reception points or connected smaller spaces. Review an A-frame example and a connected pagoda example to compare their layouts.

3. Why can two tents with the same dimensions have different prices?

The outside dimensions do not describe the complete specification. Frame profiles, bay spacing, roof and sidewall materials, doors, flooring and included accessories can differ. Ask for a configuration list before comparing quotations.

4. Are sidewalls, doors and flooring included?

Inclusions depend on the selected product and quotation. Some listed configurations include sidewalls, while glass walls, doors, flooring or other accessories may need separate specification. Confirm the included items before ordering.

5. Can separate tent units be connected?

Selected configurations use connected units, such as the listed 6 × 12 m pagoda arrangement. Compatibility depends on the actual tent systems and connection details. Provide the sizes and model information when planning a combined layout.

6. Can I request a different size or configuration?

Send the required dimensions, preferred roof style, enclosure options and intended use. The proposed size and configuration need to be checked against the available system and project requirements before quotation.

7. Can you provide wind ratings or technical documents?

Send the installation location and the documents required for your project. Any rating or technical document must relate to the actual proposed model and configuration. Confirm the available documentation during the quotation process.

8. What information do you need for a quotation?
