Effective August 1, CMA will implement a U.S. Port Congestion Surcharge of $800/1000/1100/1266 per 20’ST/40’ST/40’HQ/45’ST.
The scope of this surcharge will affect all cargoes from South East Asia, North East Asia, Russia Far East, North China, Central China, Hong Kong and South China ports of load to U.S. West Coast, U.S. East Coast, U.S. Gulf Coast, and Dutch Harbor Ports of Discharge.
