This 10x6x4m aluminum curved roof truss system is a modular event structure consisting of four lifting towers, four curved roof beam sets, side beams, roof connecting rods, manual hoists, outriggers and a PVC roof canopy.
The main structural sections use CS289 × 289 mm square truss with 50 × 3.0 mm main tubes. The system is intended for temporary concerts, performances, exhibitions and event productions requiring a covered truss structure.
The listed package is primarily a roof truss system. A stage platform, lighting equipment, LED screens, speakers, ballast and project-specific anchoring are not included unless they are separately confirmed in the quotation.
Customers comparing different dimensions and layouts can explore our complete range of curved roof truss systems.
The curved roof gives the event structure a recognizable architectural profile while providing an elevated framework for the PVC canopy and compatible production equipment.
This 10x6x4m configuration uses four tower supports and four curved roof beam sets connected by longitudinal rods. The roof assembly is raised using sleeve blocks, manual hoists and lifting slings supplied with the system.
Its modular construction allows the truss sections to be disassembled for packing, transportation and repeated event installation.
For customers still comparing flat, A-frame and curved roof configurations, our truss design and configuration guide explains the main factors involved in selecting a suitable system.
Nominal overall dimensions of 10 × 6 × 4 m
CS289 × 289 mm square truss sections
50 × 3.0 mm main tubes
Four lifting tower assemblies
Four modular curved roof beam sets
Five connecting-rod sets
Two side-beam sets
Four 2-ton manual hoists
Four sleeve blocks and four steel bases
Sixteen long outriggers
Modular conical connector system
PVC roof canopy in blue or a customized color
Designed for dismantling, transportation and repeated assembly
The 2-ton rating stated for each manual hoist describes the hoist component. It should not be interpreted as the permitted suspended load of the completed roof structure.
This curved roof truss system may be considered for:
Outdoor and indoor concerts
Music performances
Community festivals
Corporate events
Cultural celebrations
School and university events
Touring productions
Exhibition presentation areas
Temporary ceremonial stages
Customers requiring a platform beneath the roof can select a compatible system from our stage system solutions. The stage dimensions, height, stairs, guardrails and understructure should be quoted separately according to the project requirements.
Verify the site dimensions, ground condition and approved installation layout.
Position the four steel tower bases according to the assembly drawing.
Install the hinge sections, tower pillars, sleeve blocks and top sections.
Assemble the curved roof beams, side beams and connecting rods at ground level.
Install the approved lifting slings and manual hoists.
Fit the PVC canopy according to the specified assembly procedure.
Raise the roof gradually while maintaining coordinated movement at all four towers.
Install the outriggers and the required ballast or anchoring system.
Check all conical connectors, pins, safety clips and lifting components.
Complete a final inspection before installing production equipment or opening the structure for use.
Installation should be carried out by a competent crew following the supplied drawings and local site requirements. Our stage and truss inspection checklist provides additional inspection points for temporary event structures.
Lighting fixtures, LED screens, banners and other event equipment create different concentrated, distributed and dynamic loads.
The permitted equipment arrangement cannot be determined only from the outside dimensions of the roof. It depends on:
Equipment weight
Suspension position
Number of suspension points
Load distribution
Truss orientation
Roof canopy condition
Ballast and anchoring
Ground conditions
Environmental exposure
Final structural configuration
Customers should provide an equipment list and proposed hanging positions before production. General information about these factors is available in our load analysis guide for modular stage and truss systems.
The PVC canopy increases the area exposed to wind. The suitability of the structure for an outdoor project therefore depends on more than the truss size.
The project should consider:
Local design wind conditions
Open or partially enclosed sides
Canopy installation and removal procedure
Ground bearing condition
Ballast quantity
Anchor type
Surrounding buildings and terrain
Event duration
Weather monitoring
Emergency and evacuation procedures
Dragon Stage can recommend a practical configuration based on product and manufacturing experience. We can provide available product dimensions, material information, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings and product load information.
Site-specific wind analysis, local engineering approval, PE stamps, permit documents and signed structural calculations are not included as free services. Where these are required, the customer should engage an appropriately licensed local engineer.
The standard product list describes the roof truss structure and its main erection components.
Unless separately stated in the quotation, the following are not included:
Stage platform
Stage stairs and guardrails
Lighting fixtures
LED screens
Line array speakers
Electrical equipment
Motors or motor controllers
Ballast blocks
Ground anchors
Site installation labor
Local permits
Site-specific structural engineering
Please request a complete itemized quotation if the project requires an integrated stage, roof, lighting, LED or sound-support solution.
The current component list covers the curved roof truss, four tower assemblies, manual hoists, outriggers, connecting components and PVC canopy. It does not list a stage platform.
A compatible modular stage or quick stage system can be quoted separately according to the required platform size, height, load, stairs and guardrails.
There is no single allowable equipment weight based only on the overall 10x6x4m dimensions.
The permitted load depends on the suspension positions, number of lifting points, load distribution, truss orientation and complete system configuration. Please provide an equipment list and hanging layout so that the appropriate standard product information and configuration can be reviewed.
The four 2-ton manual hoists are used during erection. Their individual rating is not the load capacity of the completed roof.
A universal wind speed should not be stated without evaluating the complete installation. Wind response depends on the PVC canopy, open or enclosed sides, ballast, anchoring, ground conditions, surrounding terrain and local requirements.
Dragon Stage can provide experience-based product and configuration recommendations. We do not include free site-specific wind calculations, PE stamps, permit approval or signed structural calculation reports.
The event operator should establish weather-monitoring and canopy-management procedures, and obtain local engineering verification when required.
