Before working, please check whether the rotation direction of the winch is correct.
When the winch is working, never contact the wire rope, wheel drum and gear plate.When working, it is best to cover a soft fabric on the wire rope to prevent the wire rope from suddenly breaking the wire rope because of the huge retraction stress.
When working, at least five laps of wire rope on the drum so that the wire rope will not slip.
When working, the wire rope should be kept vertical to the drum to prevent the wire rope from wearing on the edge of the drum.
When pulling the load, it is recommended to use a moving pulley to relieve the hand force.
If the wire rope is damaged (such as burr or crease), a new winch special wire rope shall be replaced immediately.
Please ensure that the wire rope is wrapped tightly and orderly, not loose or knot to avoid breaking and ensure safe operation.
Please do not use the winch rope to tighten the trailer.Bound belt or tied rope must be used to ensure the safety of the trailer in use.
Please do not use your own hook to circle the rope. You should use the ribbon for traction work.Using the rope with its own hook will produce incalculable stress on the rope, causing safety accidents.(See schematic diagram A)

1. Regularly check whether all the parts of the winch are firm, such as loose, rust or aging, please repair and replace them in time.
2. Check the rope before each use of winch, and work until the rope is in good condition.
3. Before using the winch, please check whether the automatic brake device is effective and can work only if it is effective.
4. Keep the winch surface and steel wire rope clean, and arrange and store the steel wire rope in an orderly manner.
5. For any parts that need to replace the winch, please consult your supplier and do not replace them with any non-certified products, otherwise it will bring serious safety risks.
