The foundational component of the Ringlock Stage pillar's adjustable base, the base collar plays a crucial role. Its primary purpose is to ensure that the first layer of the Ringlock Stage system's truss is perfectly leveled, preventing tilting and potential falls as the system is assembled to greater heights. While one might argue that long pillars can also serve this purpose, the efficiency of using the base collar becomes evident during leveling tasks with machinery. To expedite the process, two individuals collaborate: one operates the level machine, while the other follows instructions to precisely adjust the level of the initial Ringlock disc. This streamlined approach becomes particularly advantageous when working with 2-meter trusses, as their weight and complexity can make the task challenging for a smaller team, potentially necessitating the involvement of three or four individuals.

The Horizontal-Diagonal Ledger serves as a crucial assembly aid, ensuring precision in establishing rectangularity in the ground plan. Its primary function is to facilitate the creation of a straight and square configuration for each layer of the truss cubical system, resulting in a consolidated and uniform Ringlock Stage system across all six faces.
In addition to its role in ensuring geometric integrity, the horizontal-diagonal braces offer valuable bracing effects in various structures. The O-ledgers' horizontal-diagonal configuration is designed with straight-welded wedge heads to achieve a square ground plan. Alternatively, obliquely welded wedge heads are incorporated when aiming for a rectangular ground plan. This versatile design accommodates different structural requirements, providing adaptability and efficiency in the assembly process.

Aluminum Ringlock Structure System

It represents a novel type of truss system. Typically, when Ringlock Stage System are mentioned, they are associated with steel Ringlock Stage System. They are favored for their modular design, rapid assembly, robustness, and adaptability. However, they have a drawback - they are quite heavy to set up and transport. ​​​​​​​
to address this issue, we opted to utilize aluminum alloy instead of steel. As a result, aluminum Ringlock Structure System inherit the advantages of steel Ringlock Stage System while offering the benefits of being lightweight and resistant to corrosion. Although aluminum alloy may not match the strength of steel in all scenarios, in most cases, aluminum Ringlock Stage System can effectively replace their steel counterparts.
