This modular component format is suitable for temporary event structures that need to be transported, assembled, dismantled and reused for different projects.

Unlike a permanently welded control room, individual Ringlock components can also be replaced or reconfigured when the project dimensions change.

Aluminum Single-Slope Roof System

The upper weather-cover structure uses aluminum components rather than extending the Ringlock frame directly into a conventional scaffold roof.

The supplied aluminum package includes:

• 6 × 6.1231m aluminum roof beams

• 9 × 6m aluminum tarpaulin-support posts

• 9 × 0.5m aluminum column forks

• 9 × 1.5m external canopy beams

This combination makes the product a genuine Ringlock + aluminum hybrid FOH system.

6m to 7m Single-Slope Roof

The roof does not use a center ridge.

Instead, it slopes in one direction:

Low point: approximately 6m

This creates the asymmetric roof profile specified for this FOH configuration.

The roof dimensions given here describe the manufactured geometry only. They should not be interpreted as a verified statement regarding wind resistance, drainage capacity or structural loading.

Working Platforms and Internal Access

The BOQ includes:

• 84 platform planks

• 2 × 2m aluminum-and-wood opening planks

• 2 heavy-duty aluminum ladders

The opening planks and ladders provide access between working levels within the tower.

For a multi-level FOH structure, access is part of the product configuration rather than an afterthought. The required ladder positions and working levels can therefore be confirmed together with the customer's equipment layout.

Roof and Curtain Package

The current configuration includes a relatively complete weather-cover package.

These coverings allow the FOH structure to provide a more protected technical working environment than an open scaffold tower.
