Stratachrome Black and White---Noor Riyadh 2022

Stratachrome Black and White explores the contrast between opacity and transparency, vision and blindness, and light and dark.

Two large temporary installations are displayed side by side, and four smaller works of art lead to them in the colonnade. Just as black and white are at both ends of the color spectrum, half of the rooms of the device will be painted black and the other half will be painted white to create a dynamic visual experience through their opposition. Inside is a transparent film, on which the artist draws different shapes. These are placed at specific intervals to present a three-dimensional form in a suspended state.
