Problems needing attention before using aluminum alloy scaffold

1. Ensure that all rivets, bolts, nuts and movable parts are closely connected, the ladder column and ladder are firmly and reliably connected, and the tension spring and hinge are in good working condition.

2. The ladder shall be kept clean and free from grease, grease, paint, mud, snow and other smooth substances.

3. The operator's shoes shall be kept clean and shall not wear leather shoes.

Problems needing attention in the use of aluminum alloy scaffold

1. It is forbidden to use ladders for physical fatigue, drug use, drinking or physical disability.

2. The ladder shall be placed on a solid and stable ground, not on ice, snow or smooth ground, without anti-skid and fixed equipment.

3. Do not overload weight during operation.

4. It is forbidden to use ladders in strong winds.

5. Metal ladders are electrically conductive to avoid access to the site.

6. When climbing, people face the ladder, put their hands together and keep their center of gravity between the two ladders.

7. Do not stand on the stairs within 1 meter of the top of the ladder. Always keep a safe height of 1m and do not climb up the support point at the top of the ladder.

8. Don't go over your head to prevent your body from losing balance and danger.

9. Do not cross directly from one side of the ladder to the other.


Maintenance of aluminum alloy scaffold

1. Clean the ladder regularly to avoid the corrosion of some chemicals on the surface of the ladder. Check the connection regularly and add lubricating oil if necessary.

2. If the ladder material is bent, broken or the connector does not work properly, make sure to contact the manufacturer for professional maintenance.

3. Harsh environmental conditions will reduce the service life of the ladder. Generally speaking, the service life of the ladder is 2 years indoors and 1 year outdoors.
