Spartan Hurricane Heat: The experience and test of each Hurricane Heat are unique.
There are three types of Hurricane Heat competitions: 4-hour, 12-hour, and 24-hour ones. In the Hurricane Heat, there are no timing chips, no participant numbers, and there is no individual competition either. Once you immerse yourself in the culture of the Hurricane Heat, you will quickly understand why it is set up like this and re-recognize the purpose of accepting this challenge. Each Hurricane Heat is a unique experience, which is directly related to the characteristics of the venue and the instructors. You will be challenged here, but at the same time, you will also experience a different kind of achievement as a part of the team.

THE SPARTAN AGOGE
This is a competition where brave souls from all walks of life around the world go to the most remote regions of the world to experience a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. The Spartan Agoge is a 60-hour extreme endurance race. Originating from the ancient Greek Agoge, it has evolved into one of the most difficult extreme endurance events in the world. The Agoge is only held twice a year in the most remote regions of the world. Each competition is an adventure challenge in life. The Agoge is not a super marathon, an adventure race, or an obstacle race. You won't get scratched by walls, do burpees, kayak, or run continuously for hours. Instead, you will face challenges you have never experienced before: walking in the jungle, desert, and mountains, carrying all kinds of things, digging, running in harsh terrains, throwing, memorizing, and surviving.

Kids Race: 2.5 - 5 kilometers, 16 - 24 obstacles
The Kids Race is set for children aged 4 to 13. The whole track is 1.5 to 4.5 kilometers long and includes 12 to 20 obstacles in varying numbers. The cheers and shouts of family members and little friends will accompany the children throughout the race. This is not only a physical challenge but also a process of shaping a strong mind: children will gain courage and confidence from the challenges. The Spartan Kids Race is a competition that encourages children to get in touch with nature, exercise, run, and bravely challenge themselves. The tenet of the Spartan Kids Race is "Be healthy, Get active, Have fun". It aims to let children retrieve the lost innocence era by conquering one obstacle after another, gain happiness and growth in the competition, harvest friendship and courage, and build a positive and healthy body and mindset, making them independent, autonomous, thoughtful, creative, and courageous people. In 2017, the Spartan Kids Race entered China for the first time. The interesting event settings and competitive obstacle settings are very popular among parents and children, and it has been quickly recognized by Chinese families within just two years. The Kids Race in Beijing from October 19th to 20th, 2019, also became the largest-scale competition in the history of the global Spartan, with nearly 12,000 participants.

Stadium Race: 5 kilometers, 20 obstacles
The Spartan Stadium Race will be held in the most iconic sports stadiums around the world. You will challenge yourself in various ways, including multiple sets of endurance training, stair climbing, and competitions on indoor tracks. The penalty for failure in the Stadium Race is 15 burpees.

Trail Race: 10 kilometers - 50 kilometers
Maybe you are a city runner and looking for some changes. Maybe you are already tired of the sound of the treadmill. Maybe you are a fanatical trail running enthusiast and are looking for an epic outdoor track full of challenges. No matter how you find yourself on your running journey, the Spartan Trail Race will be a competition that urges you to rise to the next challenge stage. The Spartan Trail Race will set distances of 10 kilometers and half marathons, which will lead new runners to outdoor venues. The obstacles of the Spartan Trail Race are nature itself. Without barbed wire, you will complete this unforgettable and unprecedented run on the most rugged terrain.
Infrastructure Requirements for Different Race Formats
Although each Spartan-style event has its own race format and level of difficulty, they all require reliable temporary event infrastructure. The structural requirements vary depending on the venue, participant capacity, and event production scale.
Typical aluminum truss applications include:
Start and finish arch structures
Registration and check-in areas
LED screen support systems
Timing and scoring displays
Lighting towers for night races
PA speaker towers
Sponsor branding frames
Award ceremony stages
Camera and broadcast platforms
Because aluminum truss systems are lightweight, modular, and reusable, they have become one of the preferred structural solutions for obstacle races, endurance competitions, and outdoor sporting events.
Why Modular Aluminum Truss Systems Are Ideal for Touring Events
Many obstacle race series travel between multiple cities every year.
Compared with permanent steel structures, modular aluminum truss systems provide several operational advantages:
Faster transportation between venues
Shorter installation and dismantling time
Reusable structural components
Lower labor and logistics costs
Flexible layouts for different race formats
Easy integration with LED screens, lighting, and sound systems
These advantages help organizers deliver consistent event quality while reducing operational costs.
