Dragon Stage has completed a third-party tensile test for the B1 Aluminium Mojo Barrier through TÜV SÜD Certification and Testing (China) Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Branch.
The purpose of publishing this report is straightforward: when customers evaluate an aluminium crowd control barrier, product weight, material and appearance are not enough. For a front-of-stage or event security barrier, the actual response of the assembled product under applied load is also important.
This page summarizes the tested sample and provides access to the original report.
According to TÜV SÜD Test Report No. 64.190.26.8000.01-00, the tested product was:
Product Name: Aluminium Mojo Barrier
Identification / Style No.: B1
Manufacturer: Foshan Dragon Stage Equipment Co., Ltd
Country of Origin: China
Sample Dimensions: L1250 × W1000 × H1205 mm
Sample Weight: 30.4 kg
Sample Received: September 17, 2026
Testing Period: September 17 to October 13, 2026
Report Date: October 13, 2026
The report records a tensile test according to the client's requirements.
During the test:
the barrier was fixed firmly to the test machine;
a 750 kg weight was placed at loading point 1;
a 150 kg weight was placed at loading point 2;
a 6000 N tensile force was applied to the product;
the test machine operated at a rate of 100 mm per minute;
the sample was observed for damage during and after testing.
The measuring result recorded in the TÜV SÜD report states:
“No visible damage was found during and after the test.”
This is the most important conclusion that can be taken directly from this particular test.
It should also be understood correctly.
The report specifically states that the results relate only to the submitted and tested sample. Therefore, this report should not be interpreted as a general certification of every aluminium barrier configuration, every production batch, or every possible installation condition.
Barrier performance in an actual event also depends on factors such as system configuration, connection between adjacent barrier sections, installation arrangement and the conditions in which the barrier is used.
For a broader explanation of how front-of-stage barriers respond to crowd pressure and why the complete barrier system matters, see our Aluminium Crowd Control Barrier technical article.
For safety-related event equipment, we prefer customers to see the original testing evidence rather than rely only on a product description.
The report provides a clear record of:
the exact tested sample;
the applied loading arrangement;
the tensile force used during testing;
the test procedure;
the observed result;
the laboratory responsible for the test.
This makes it easier for rental companies, event contractors and project buyers to understand exactly what was tested and what was not tested.

When evaluating a barrier for a specific concert, festival, venue or crowd-control application, please provide the required barrier layout, quantity, application and any project-specific safety requirements. Testing of one sample should be treated as verified product evidence, not as a substitute for project-specific planning or engineering verification where that is required.
