A major challenge for 15-meter horizontal spans is managing structural "sag" or deflection under the weight of rigged technical equipment. DragonStage solves this by utilizing 6061-T8 aluminum alloy, which offers significantly higher hardness and yield strength than standard alloys, ensuring the 15-meter beams remain rigid under load. Another critical concern for 7-meter high structures is stability against lateral wind loads.

Our ground support towers feature reinforced bases with extended outriggers and heavy-duty leveling jacks to provide a secure center of gravity. To mitigate weather risks, the pitched roof geometry facilitates high-velocity water runoff, preventing the dangerous weight accumulation of water pockets on the PVC canopy during heavy rain
